I placed my order 12 days back and opted for next day delivery, but my package never showed up. They say a replacement was dispatched, but that didn’t arrive either. The company reached out, refunded me, and even offered a free second order. Honestly, this whole experience has been a total hassle, and they really need to address these delivery problems.
